Read carefully. By checking each box and signing below, you enter a binding agreement with Syncstem.

Confidentiality (NDA). I will hold in strict confidence all non-public information, features, workflows, designs, source code, data models, pricing, customer lists, and business plans of Syncstem and its affiliated products, and will not disclose or use them outside of work performed for Syncstem.Non-Compete & Non-Circumvention. For a period of twenty-four (24) months following the last date I access the Syncstem platform, I will not, directly or indirectly, design, build, launch, fund, advise, or work for any product, service, or business that copies, replicates, reverse-engineers, or is substantially similar to Syncstem or any of its connected products (including but not limited to Pitcher Perfect, Squarescope, and Tin Can Tele-Friend). I will not solicit Syncstem's customers, contractors, partners, or employees, and I will not use any Syncstem confidential information to compete with Syncstem. I agree that a breach causes irreparable harm and Syncstem is entitled to injunctive relief and recovery of legal fees.I have read and agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and I confirm I am at least 18 years old and authorized to enter this agreement.
